Vouchers - FAQ
Buying vouchers: |
Vouchers can be bought as a regular item. When you bought a voucher, we will activate it after it has been paid successfully. You´ll then see the credit amount in your shopping cart. Now you can use the link and send the desired amount by mail. |
How to send vouchers: |
To send a voucher, you need to click on the link "send voucher" in your shopping cart. You can send the full amount or a partial amount of the existing credit. You need to provide the full name, the email adress, the amount and a notice to the receiver. |
To buy using vouchers: |
As soon as you see a credit in your shopping cart, it can be used to pay for your order. During the checkout procedure you can choose if you want to use your credit. If the credit amount is less than the order value, you need to choose the payment method for the difference. If the credit amount is more than the order value, the remaining credit is kept in your account. |
Use vouchers: |
If you´ve received a voucher by email: 1. Click the link in the email. If you have no personal account yet, you need to create one now. 2. After putting items in your shopping cart, you may enter the voucher code there. |
In case of any problems: |
If you experience any problem with a voucher, please contact us via email: info@indian-only.de. Please describe the problem accurately. We will need your account ID, the voucher code, any error messages and the used browser. |
Physical vouchers for presents: |
We do not send out physical vouchers. But: There´s a workaround to create a physical voucher for a gift. You will need two email adresses. - register in our shop with the first email adress and buy voucher - send the amount to your second email adress (which does not need to be registered in our shop) - use the created code for your present |
